What's New for 2012

Are you a "regular" EBC attendee and just want to know what's changed from last year? Here's the list:

• Outside construction should be done by the time EBC starts. Most of the construction is being done inside the new buildings. Sidewalks and other outside infrastructure should be completed. The road in front of the arena is no longer a through street.
• The Hicks dorm will NOT be used for EBC, as the kitchen is being upgraded.
• The MAP dining room will be used this year, not the Hicks dining room.
• The conference office will be in the MAP lobby, not the Hicks lobby.
• To better utilize the lifeguards at the busier times in the afternoon there will NOT be a "Polar" swim time this year.
• The Bible study is still in the IM room, but moved back to where it was in previous years.
• For children's classes and YP groups, age will be used instead of grades. If you are 14 years old this year, you qualify to be in the YP group. The reason for this change is that many who home-school are ahead of those in the public school system or are in different grades depending on the subject.
• The rates for this year have gone up about 6% this year.
• There will be two six-passenger golf carts to help out those who find the walking difficult.
